This is the right tool to use to adjust the bearing cones on your Chris King® hubs, front and rear. Giving your hub a minor service regularly will make it perform its best and prolong the life of your Chris King® hub, and it's easy to do yourself.
Note: See your hub manual for the correct tightness of the bearing cones. It's easy to over-tighten them, and they don't need to be very tight. The cones should be just snug enough to remove any side-to-side play. Over-tightening will make your hubs roll with more resistance than necessary and cause additional bearing wear. Chris King® has excellent technical information posted for hub service.
