The AVT Guarantee & Return Policy
At AVT, our primary concern is your complete satisfaction. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days for exchange or refund of the purchase price, with the exceptions below.
In the event that you receive a defective product or we make an error in your shipment, we will replace it at no cost to you and pay for the return shipping as well. When returning non-defective items or when there was no error on our part, we will still gladly accept your return and the return shipping cost is yours in that case.
If a replacement part is needed, or only a portion of your order requires attention, we’re glad to take care of it immediately to get you on your bike as fast as possible.

Contact Us and we'll give you an RA (return authorization) number. This will help us expedite your return or exchange as soon as it arrives.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN INSTALLED AND ARE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING & MATERIALS. HUBS ARE RETURNABLE ONLY IF A SPOKE HAS NEVER BEEN INSERTED AND THEY ARE IN PERFECTLY NEW CONDITION WITH NO MARKS ON THE HUB OR ON ANY SPOKE HOLE. THIS INSURES THAT ALL CUSTOMERS RECEIVE ONLY BRAND NEW PRODUCTS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
Custom Orders: When we order custom items from the factory (examples include custom built wheelsets, custom forks, and bike frames,) the factory won't take them back. However, to provide you with the best customer service, if you need to return a custom order, we will accept it from you, but we will have to charge you a 15% restocking fee. However, if there is any issue with the workmanship, we'll repair it at no cost to you. Regularly stocked wheelsets, forks, and bike frames may be returned with no restocking fee. Also note that any changes to a custom order must be made within 3 days of the order date.
Most manufacturer's make their own warranty determinations, rather than letting dealers make the determination. Manufacturers would like to inspect every component that is submitted for warranty so they can evaluate changes that may or may not need to be made. You are welcome to send your component to us and we will then forward it to the manufacturer, or you can send your component directly to the manufacturer, whichever you prefer.
Regardless of the currency you made your purchase in, we are paid in USD. If we issue a refund to you, we are only able to refund on our end in USD. Your refund will then be converted to your own currency by your bank card company or by PayPal. Please note that you may receive more or less than your original purchase price due to the exchange rate difference.
